Cashier sent me to the wrong service agent with the wrong paperwork. The guy did help me using my phone number, but had trouble finding my key. Told the person who for my car, that I had dropped the car off paperwork. The guy did help me using my phone number, but had trouble finding my key. Told the person who for my car, that I had dropped the car off night before and requested a buy offer on the car as I don't use it hardly ever. They had no clue, and no offer ready. He looked at the car and couldn't even get the mileage. He couldn't figure it out. He went to get the appraiser person and came back telling me I had to go in and see the big boss Feliciano. Told the boss I didn't have time and thus had requested in advance an offer. He said since I didn't had time I should go. Didn't offer an apology nor offer an appt to come back etc. No customer service skills what so ever!!! Kinda rude in reality. I'll never go back there again More
