He was able to produce it, much to my delight, in a relatively short period of time. My daughter and I came from Wisconsin on Saturday, test drove the 2019 NX300 and purchased it that same day. We were especially impressed with how determined Michael was to go over all of the details, especially the GPS, which, I had specifically requested the Lexus I purchased must have! I know he went beyond his working hours for that day, and we tried to give him an “out” so he could go home and be with his family, but, much to our satisfaction, he was dedicated to making sure we understood all we needed to know about my new NX300. He even had a large red bow on top of my vehicle when he presented it to me, and took a picture of my daughter and I together beside my new Lexus. This is my third Lexus, but that was the first time that had been offered, and tho I had passed up the offer for the picture, I changed my mind because Michael made it feel like that kind of. “Special moment” that should be captured. My daughter, Crystal, commented that Michael had gone much more into detail that others had in the past and she was very impressed with Michael as well. Sergio Pena should also receive kudos because he assisted me in saving a great deal of money over the lifetime of my loan due to my being misled over interest rates from my local RCU office in Eau Claire, WI, with whom I shall be in contact personally on Tuesday. I am grateful for Sergio’s input and knowledge as well, needless to say I have a friend who may be interested in looking into a Lexus, and I will recommend that he seeks out Michael. More

Did not pressure me through the whole experience. When the time was appropriate he simply asked if I was interested in purchasing. I declined for my own personal reasons. Michael did not try to push the sale nor did he immediately dismiss me. If I was still in the market and Lexus of Wayzata had a vehicle that interested me, I would want to work with Michael again. More

He is very knowledgeable with the Lexus brand and all their features. We started looking for this car mid-summer, but knew we wouldn’t be buying until Fall. Both my husband and I’s birthdays are in Fall, and we both received birthday cards from Michael. Our previous salesman had left the company and Michael had checked the records and found our name in past records for our 2006 purchase, but we never had met him before. We decided because of him sending those birthday cards out that we would give him our business. When we drove to Lexus, we made no prior appointment and were fortunate Michael was available. We told him why we wanted him as our salesman, and were also amazed that he knew what car we had bought in the past. Michael really does a nice job of making you feel comfortable shopping for a car. My rating of the dealership is solely on m experience with Michael thus far. Also, they have a very knowledgeable and sweet woman in the Technology Center called Jean who did a fantastic job of introducing me to all the tech in my new car.
