I worked with Michael Sinclair in their Sales Department and highly recommend working with him if you are going to purchase or lease a VW at North Penn. I was operating under a tight timeframe to make my lease decision before I had to leave for the week for a work trip. I called North Penn ahead of time, spoke with Michael and conveyed my car needs. He promptly followed up with an email that listed the dealer specials. I arrived to the dealership the same evening and Michael had the cars waiting for me to view. Once the decision was made, the leasing process end-to-end was seamless and easy. For the first time buying a car, I didn't have to sit for hours waiting. Jason, the Finance Manager was terrific and also moved through the financing paperwork rapidly and efficiently. I no longer dread buying a car after this experience! I highly recommend North Penn and their staff! More

There was no pressure and I felt like we could trust that we were getting a fair deal. We also were assisted by Mike Sinclair, who came in on his day off to help close the deal and review the car specifics. We met with Jason Hartman to handle the financial aspect of the closing. Again, there was no pressure to buy extended warranties or other add ons. He explained the options but was respectful of our decision on them. This is a great dealership!! We previously had a VW Beetle and the service center at North Penn has always been top notch!!! HIghly recommend this dealership and the VW product!!! More
