There was no pressure and I felt like we could trust that we were getting a fair deal. We also were assisted by Mike Sinclair, who came in on his day off to help close the deal and review the car specifics. We met with Jason Hartman to handle the financial aspect of the closing. Again, there was no pressure to buy extended warranties or other add ons. He explained the options but was respectful of our decision on them. This is a great dealership!! We previously had a VW Beetle and the service center at North Penn has always been top notch!!! HIghly recommend this dealership and the VW product!!! More
