Mike Sinclair was the best in keeping us informed even after we left the dealership. He helped us to get things done (insurance, etc) ahead of time to make the pick up process swift and painless. We worked with Jason H to discuss the finances and warranties, which was also super low pressure and Jason was very personable! Overall, we had a great experience, and will be recommending North Penn VW to everyone we know! We will definitely be back ourselves. More

Very disappointing experience - I was buying an ID.4 pro S. The sales person sold me the first edition with 850 miles and told me that I would be getting the state and federal discount. So I made the decision to buy the first edition instead of a brand new Pro-S. As I started to file for my state discount I was informed that I could not do so because the car had more than 500 miles when I bought it. Not sure if it will impact my federal discount of $7,500. When I reached out to the dealership, they told me curtly that I was responsible for the tax issues, when they never gave me such warning or disclaimer when they were using it to sell the car . Beware of buying anything from them. More
