New Pathfinder I went here Sunday and wasn't expecting to leave with a car. I saw the Pathfinder online and went to check it out. We live in a time where many younger employees just phone it in, however, I found both of these young men to be hard working, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about what that were doing. I shopped around a bit before coming out to Amsterdam (I live in Albany), but it was ABSOLUTELY worth it!! Ryan was super knowledgeable and beyond friendly. The car buying process is never all that fun, but he made it super easy! I'll definitely be returning when I'm in the market again and I wouldn't hesitate to send any friend. I LOVE MY JEEP!! More

MY wife & I had a very good buying experience at Fuccillo of Amsterdam this weekend. Buying a new or used car is not one of our favorite thing to do. That being said, we did have a very good time negotiating with, pretty much, the whole Fuccillo staff !! Ryan Palmateer, our sales specialist, was very helpful & knowledgeable about the 2018 Grand Cherokee, we looked at. He was very pleasant & personable and would recommend him for purchasing any vehicle. Our negotiations moved from Ryan to the sales manager, Michael Smith, with whom we haggled on for a while & seemed to be at a stalemate. Finally the general manager, Wayel Algabyali, came to the table to add a little more assistance. By the end, the whole sales floor was watching to see who was going to give !! It took awhile, but we came to a reasonable agreement to all parties, not without a lot belly laughs. This turned out to be the most enjoyable vehicle purchase we have ever experienced !! We would highly recommend Fuccillo Amsterdam for your next vehicle purchase experience. More

Nivek & Mike promised me I'd be driving off the lot with this vehicle and they made it happen. Nivek took the time to show me everything in the vehicle and gave me his cell phone for any future questions. Jim Cobb talked to me about financing and explained all the bells and whistles of the process. Mike Smith is very personable and kept his promise. Ultimately very happy with the outcome of process.
