My goal is to provide an exceptional experience buying a vehicle, not selling one. I don’t believe that anyone wants to be sold, but we all want to find the right product to buy. Car shopping should be enjoyable. Yes, I said enjoyable. It’s a big purchase and the person that’s assisting you should help you as a friend. I realize that not everyone wants their car salesperson as a friend, but the days of tension when buying should be gone. Having survived a stroke that the experts said was going to kill me cemented my belief that life is too short not to enjoy it. Why should buying a car be stressful? It shouldn’t be! I believe that the experience I provide when buying a vehicle is why so many clients come to see me when they’re at the dealership for service, and continue to have me help them with their purchases. Call or text me at (260) 571-6992.

Fort Wayne Toyota Delights their Customers Fort Wayne Toyota delivers excellent customer satisfaction. We have owned an Avalon, Highlander, Sequoia, Camry, Previa, and a Toyota truck and we r Fort Wayne Toyota delivers excellent customer satisfaction. We have owned an Avalon, Highlander, Sequoia, Camry, Previa, and a Toyota truck and we rarely sell a Toyota under 180,000miles. No need to, they last forever. Their service team, especially Chris and Scott, take the time to know their customers well and in fact, even our family members who are off at college will call them before taking their cars in to their local dealer. We only trust this dealership. Our most recent purchases were handled by Michael Smith, one of Fort Wayne Toyota's sales professionals, who took special care to ensure cars were ready for immediate test drive, paperwork was handled ahead of time, and we were in and out of the purchase process within 45 minutes - no hassles, no back and forth, no pressure. He has followed up several times since then to ensure we were pleased with our decision. Thank you Fort Wayne Toyota. More

We went in for a new 2010 Toyota Prius. Mind you, this was before the earthquake/tsunami and just when gas prices were starting to spike. FW Toyota had a lot of 2010s on the lot and Toyota corporate was o was before the earthquake/tsunami and just when gas prices were starting to spike. FW Toyota had a lot of 2010s on the lot and Toyota corporate was offering $1000 cash back or 0% financing up to 5 years. So undoubtedly they had some interest in these cars, but they had a LOT of them and it's nowhere near what their popularity is right now. We went into FW Toyota after doing extensive research on the car and being pretty set on them. Of course, we needed a test drive. Plus, we had a car we were interested in trading. The online price was great. They took $2000 off the MSRP straight away. That's why we went in to FW Toyota in the first place. We went to the dealership on a Friday night and everyone was busy with customers. I am not the type who likes a car salesman hounding you when you first put your foot outside the car door, but I was a little surprised in the 15-20 minutes we spent on the lot and inside the dealership, no one said a word to us "we'll be with you shortly," "sorry about the wait." None of that. We decided to leave. No hard feelings. They were just busy and we would return Monday night. We did that and were pretty quickly greeted by Michael Smith. Nice enough guy. Knew what he needed to about the car, etc. We liked how it drove and of course as soon as we finished the test drive, we were ushered in to "work out the numbers." OK. The first irritating thing is Michael came back with the MSRP pricing. Now, I know there might be some idiots out there who wouldn't bat an eye, but looking at us, my husband and I are 29 and 30. We have smartphones, I had my iPad with me. The guy has got to figure we looked at their online inventory. So the fact he didn't give us the online price straight away is annoying. And then when we brought it to his attention, of course, he "gave" it to us but then made it seem like it was part of the negotiation. I don't think so, buddy. The big sticking point, though, was our trade. We had a 2004 Mazda6 Sport Wagon. Great shape. Every extra except navigation. And they came back with just a ridiculous number. My husband said "that doesn't even cover the payoff" (Not that they should be required to do that, but it was also $1000+ less than Kelly Blue Book's trade-in value was.) So then Michael asked what our payoff was and against our better judgment we told him. He left and came back and the trade-in was still less than the payoff, which just shocked my husband. So then we said we can't do it and we got up to leave (this was not a "bargaining tactic," we just knew what we could afford and we weren't there) and Michael brings back his manager (I forget his name). He had his Kelly BLACK book. Oooh, the mystical black book, which is always crazy low. So he pulls it out and shows us what it's worth according to that. Whatever. We tell him we can't afford what he's giving us and we're done. He asks what we can afford and we say we don't want to play that game. And then the manager says the words that earned him a 2 for "Overall Experience": "I don't know how you CAN'T afford this deal I'm giving you." What an idiot. Yeah, that's why we're in the recession we're in, buddy. Because greedy mortgage reps said that to people who were in over their heads on houses and credit card companies that extended credit to people who didn't have jobs but could buy brand new LCD TVs for 0% financing for 6 months. Yeah, we don't play that game. We left and bought our car somewhere else. A used 2010 Prius with 2.95% financing that looks and feels brand new. More

Michael was an amazing guy to deal with. We never intended to buy that day because we knew no dealer would give us a decent trade in for our current vehicle. Then we met Michael. Not only was the tra intended to buy that day because we knew no dealer would give us a decent trade in for our current vehicle. Then we met Michael. Not only was the trade in amount MORE than fair, the price BEFORE trade in was well below blue book and kelley book values. While they were inspecting our car, we went online and researched suggested price for the car we purchased and it was 20-25% below recommended price. Then after trade in value....done deal. A car transaction can be hell with two little kids, but Michael kept them entertained with his computer while we worked. His follow up was outstanding, also mailing our kids a dvd as a gift. It was perfect. I will always deal with Michael from now on. EXCELLENT! More

I would like everyone to know, that is looking for new or used cars, that the only place to go is Ft. Wayne Toyota. I went in looking for a fun car to drive in the summer, so I didn't want to be pressured t used cars, that the only place to go is Ft. Wayne Toyota. I went in looking for a fun car to drive in the summer, so I didn't want to be pressured to look at anything if i didn't see something that I thought I could not live without.Michael came out and asked to help me,but after hearing my shopping intentions, he just stepped back and let me look, when he saw me climb into the car, that needed to be siting in my driveway, he came over and asked if I wanted to take it for a ride. That was the most unpressured ride I have ever had. He made me feel very comfortable, and at ease. I have never had to bring it in for service(other than up keep). Michael made me feel like a Queen as he presented me with the keys to my Car(I even think there was red carpet!) Ft. Wayne Toyota is definitly a 'Your in the Family'experience. Just say'Pass the Turkey and Mashed Potatoes'!! More
