I must say that my experience with Ford Lincoln of Columbia was one of the best buying experiences I’ve had. I would like to specifically mention Mike Smith, he is a salesman that I was working with to purchase a vehicle. This was the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had. There were no typical “ Let me ask my manager” scenarios going on at all. We began to sale online, then spoke on the phone, and when I came into the dealership, everything was ready to go. Being the impatient person that I am, I didn’t have to wait for anything. I basically signed the paperwork and drove away. I dropped my car off for service because the was have issue with starting. Not knowing I had to replace the air mass sensor, catalytic converter, and engine.
