It was like Night and Day This review is a little late in coming but better late than never, Long Story incoming I had my RAM 2500 stolen in August and recovered by the This review is a little late in coming but better late than never, Long Story incoming I had my RAM 2500 stolen in August and recovered by the Sheriff Dept. Unfortunately the thieves held on to my key. I knew this and took it in to be rekeyed at the FWB Dealer (Step One) They assured me that they had reprogrammed the keys but they had just added extra keys with the same programming. It was promptly stolen again. When it was recovered a second time Step one refused to redo their work or make anything right without charging me a second time for what I had already paid for. Step One is incredibly incompetent and unorganized, so I started looking out of town for help I called and reached Micheal the service writer who immediately understood my issue and I could tell that he was very knowledgeable. I told him I was on my way. Every thing about Hill Kelly is better. The dropping of point is clean, there are quiet offices to talk about whats going on with your vehicle. I received expert advice and assistance and decided to replace my batteries and tires at the same time. The biggest surprise was getting a call from the dealer and Micheal told me that the final price was actually less than quoted! I will definitely be back and tell my friends More

Terrible and very unprofessional All I can say is the experience at the service center at this dealership was absolutely horrible my brand new 2019 dodge ram only had 2000 miles on i All I can say is the experience at the service center at this dealership was absolutely horrible my brand new 2019 dodge ram only had 2000 miles on it and I brought it in but calls the lights when you hook up the boat trailer to it all the tail lights were not coming home I was told the first day by the service center that there was nothing wrong with the truck but that I needed to bring the trailer back with it so they could diagnose the problem then proceeded to bring the truck back the next day with the trailer and was told again that there was nothing wrong with the truck but it was the wiring on my trailer so I drove over to the dealership and my brand new 2019 Chevrolet work truck and hook the trailer to it yet and the lights on the trailer worked at then got one of the 2019 dodge ram’s off of their lot and hooked to the trailer and the lights work and was still told that there was nothing wrong with my truck when the trailer lights didn’t work with it that it was a trailer wiring problem when I asked why it worked with two and not mine I was told by the service manager that I was wasting their time and not to bring my brand new truck back to them anymore that they refused to fix it More

As someone who work Over the past six years, I've brought my 2009 Dodge Nitro into Hill Kelly Dodge to have a variety of maintenance and repairs done. As someone who works full-time as a member service representative, I understand that it's an extremely difficult profession, which not everyone can do. So, when there is someone that has went above and beyond to make my experience as pleasant and least stressful as possible, I feel they deserve the proper recognition. It doesn't matter if I'm coming in for an oil change or to have significant repairs done, I've started making it a priority to see your employee, Michael Smoote, each time I come in. On every single occasion, he has done a superior job and sets the bar extremely high for his peers. I can't recall a time that he has not gone out his way and done everything in his power to make my experience as quick and memorable as possible. In addition to the outstanding customer service provided, he has always given honest and upfront recommendations without trying to pressure me into purchasing anything unnecessary. Once again, I'd like to mention that as a full-time worker and student, I rarely have any free time, especially to write reviews. So, that should place even more emphasis on the recognition that I feel Michael deserves from his customers, peers and superiors. More
