Very seamless experience with help from Mike Solare, Luciano Garcia, and Jose Martinez. From the start, I knew what car I wanted. I wasn't pressured to look around the lot for something more expensive. During the test drive, I noticed some pulsation from the brakes. Mike and Jose had offered to have my rotors cut to remedy the issue. However, both went above and beyond and had the rotors and brakes replaced. A loaner car was also provided free of charger. Luciano was very transparent when offering warranties and wasn't pushy at all. Thank you very much to the team at Sunrise Chevrolet. I've been wanting a CX-9 for a while but didn't want to get rid of my Maxima. You guys provided the extra push I needed to go for the upgrade. More
