Mike, Greg, and Rick were AHH-MAY-ZING! When I drove there, with a trade in knowing it was the last time I was going to drive it, I was blown away by the way they handle their job. The days When I drove there, with a trade in knowing it was the last time I was going to drive it, I was blown away by the way they handle their job. The days of being greeted by a “pushy” salesman-GONE (my wife was actually texting with Mike the night before and receiving vehicle photos), settling for a vehicle our family doesn’t need-GONE (what they made available was perfect), being “pushed” into a deal-GONE (numbers were crunched to fit our budget and fulfill their contract), uncomfortable waiting/chill area/GONE (low lighting fresh espresso/water comfy seating area), signing tons of paperwork to shove in a filing cabinet-GONE (all documents were “signed” with an electronic pen on a cool huge touchscreen desk and a thumb stick was given to us for our records). And to wrap things up, a sweet bow on the hood for cool photo ops and full explanation/demonstration of all the vehicle’s bell n whistles. Mike and his teammates, including a gentleman named Paul I chatted with outside, showed genuine care, professionalism, genuine candor and friendliness.
