2017 Chevy Spark I walked into the dealership to inquire about a buying a new car. Mike helped me out from the time I walked into the dealership. He did everything he could to help out my mother and I with financing the car. I went in for a used car and Mike talked me through the benefits of owning a brand new 2017 for a similar price. He gave me some great information on a past experience I had at another dealership to help better my situation. For my 1st Good Evening, Just want to take the time out of my day and just say THANKS to MICHAEL STRAMAGLIA here at PHILLIPS CHEVROLET OF LANSING. For my 1st experience here at Phillips Chevrolet, it was just CRAZY AWESOME!! Let me tell you how!!! It was a long and bad day dealing with HOMEWOOD CHEVROLET, I wasn't able to get my scheduled oil change or a diagnostic reading for my car engine light which came on. So I just left and as I was driving to my aunt house I came across PHILLIPS CHEVROLET OF LANSING. The service department was great they took my car in with NO APPOINTMENT also gave me the reading code for my check engine light. So as I wait for my car, I started walking around the SALES FLOOR and came across salesman MICHAEL STRAMAGLIA. MICHAEL ask me what brings me in and I expressed to him my reason, then he stated "what if I can make your day a lot better". I can say Mike ensured just that by putting me in a BRAND NEW 2016 CHEVY IMPALA ALL BLACK, which is what I was seeking.
