I got a courtesy call from Oliver from the Lansing location ensuring that if I come and talk that maybe there was something they could work out with me. He was absolutely right. I was politely greater at the door by Mike Stramaglia. I explained my comfort with payments and he and Mark Catuara work hard for me. After the two of them did what car salesmen do best, they both came to me to give me the amazing news that it will be affordable to me have have the car I thought I could not afford.
