AMAZING!!! 2016 TRAX I am not into bashing other companies however I went to a Hyundai dealer near where I live and the experience was horrific. I spent 4 days with them j I am not into bashing other companies however I went to a Hyundai dealer near where I live and the experience was horrific. I spent 4 days with them just to not receive a car. I got a news paper on Friday and saw Chevy had a special for their new Trax. So Saturday morning I went there and was greeted by Mike Stramaglia and from there it went AMAZING!!!. I mean this guy went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable with the car I was getting and make sure he stayed on top of things. He and his manager Justin worked together to get me a good deal since the Trax I seen in the paper had already been purchased. I was on a fixed amount due to what I was approved for and they worked their magic. Mike was very patient throughout the entire process. I know everyone says they never write reviews however I never have until now. Mike was not the kind of sales person that hounds you or play games so that he could benefit from it like most dealerships. He had my best interest in mind and he delivered as promised. I definitely recommend going here, everyone is so friendly and kind, they definitely put their customer's first. Please see Mike when you do :) More

Mike Stramaglia came out to ask if we had any questions. We told him we were just looking. He let us know if we had any questions to let him know and he then let us look. This low pressure was great. Then we went in to ask questions. He was very helpful. Even though we were not ready to buy he spent a lot of time with us. Then we went home to do research and found out that the price on the car was the lowest in the area. Then we went back later that day and bought the car. Great experience. More
