Mike took the time to make sure to educate on the vehicle, display and controls on the car. He assisted us to set everything up prior to driving away. In others words we didn't fell like just another number for his month or "sale", He was able to personalize the experience. He also contacted us the next business day to check in if everything was satisfactory.
