First thing the next morning my ride was outside my door. Keane was very accommodating and pleasant. He walked me in and handed me off to Erin without a wait. She greeted me with a smile and took me out to test drive the car I was interested in. She was very informative and asked all the right questions. She didn’t try to sell me. She simply informed me about the car and its benefits. I decided I wanted to buy. Erin handed me off to Mike in Financing. She helped me explain to Mike what my personal needs were and together we came away with a deal that is still keeping a smile on my face.
