Heritage Honda Parkville was able to deliver where others were not. When we arrived at the dealership, Erin Natzke and Keane, the sales manager, had the cars we were interested in pulled up and ready to test were not. I drove to the parkville location after another location wasn’t a help to me. Johann was flexible with me as I came later than the original time we spoke about but was still eager to assist me. He listened to what I asked for and worked with my price point. I wanted to see this location in person after speaking with sales manger Keane over the phone, as he assured me I’d get a great deal with their team and he wasn’t wrong. Both of them, and my finance gentleman Michael were great to work with. They were thorough but I wasn’t there all day, they even offered to return my enterprise rental for me which was a great convenience to me. The stress of having my last car be a total loss in a collision has been a lot, but I’m happy to say I’m back in another Honda thanks to these guys and at a great rate at that. I will only consider this location for any future needs. Thanks again Johann, it was a pleasure to buy from you and chat in between. More

Heritage Honda Parkville is ahead of the game with customer service. I had such a wonderful experience here. I knew that I wanted to do business with them before I even got there. I live almost an hou customer service. I had such a wonderful experience here. I knew that I wanted to do business with them before I even got there. I live almost an hour away and my car had died a few days before. I was interested in purchasing a car but they didn’t know whether I would or not. They said we’ll send someone to come and get you. First thing the next morning my ride was outside my door. Keane was very accommodating and pleasant. He walked me in and handed me off to Erin without a wait. She greeted me with a smile and took me out to test drive the car I was interested in. She was very informative and asked all the right questions. She didn’t try to sell me. She simply informed me about the car and its benefits. I decided I wanted to buy. Erin handed me off to Mike in Financing. She helped me explain to Mike what my personal needs were and together we came away with a deal that is still keeping a smile on my face. Erin put the temporary tags on and away I drove with a car that I love. I would recommend these guys to anyone and as a matter of fact, I already have.
