He worked with me every step of the way to make sure I got where I needed to be and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I normally don’t leave reviews, but what really stood out was that Keane followed up with me a week later just to see how I was doing with the vehicle. That level of customer service really meant a lot. Highly recommend asking for Keane if you’re shopping at Heritage Honda. More

They were attentive to our needs and even stayed after hours to be sure we got the car we wanted. After a less than stellar experience at another store, Erin and Keane were able to turn everything around and remind us what a great experience is like. Thank you for helping us find our new car! I drove to the parkville location after another location wasn’t a help to me. Johann was flexible with me as I came later than the original time we spoke about but was still eager to assist me. He listened wasn’t a help to me. Johann was flexible with me as I came later than the original time we spoke about but was still eager to assist me. He listened to what I asked for and worked with my price point. I wanted to see this location in person after speaking with sales manger Keane over the phone, as he assured me I’d get a great deal with their team and he wasn’t wrong. Both of them, and my finance gentleman Michael were great to work with. They were thorough but I wasn’t there all day, they even offered to return my enterprise rental for me which was a great convenience to me. The stress of having my last car be a total loss in a collision has been a lot, but I’m happy to say I’m back in another Honda thanks to these guys and at a great rate at that. I will only consider this location for any future needs. Thanks again Johann, it was a pleasure to buy from you and chat in between. More
