I purchased a vehicle in 2020 and was advised I would have lifetime free oil changes. After 3 years, upon a service visit for an oil change, I was informed the dealership was no longer honoring the life have lifetime free oil changes. After 3 years, upon a service visit for an oil change, I was informed the dealership was no longer honoring the lifetime free oil changes and I would have to pay. The vehicle was already in the service center so I acquiesced, however I would have paid less at a private mechanic. The lifetime free oil changes is one of the reasons I purchased the vehicle at this dealership. I will not be returning for any routine maintenance and/or service. More
