Additionally, James McElroy tailored an additional warranty for the truck that specifically fit our needs and comfort level financially. Our experience was excellent and actually created further discussion that weekend regarding another purchase. We had a difficult trade and ended up leasing a 2018 Charger and are very happy with our decision. We now have two worry free new cars for our family and have gotten out of the older cars that were starting to ring up repair bills. More

We weren't ready at that time to purchase a vehicle because we wanted to research a few things. When we returned in March, Mark wasn't there, but we were helped by Jeremiah Bradshaw, who was also very helpful and showed us a couple vehicles. This time, we decided to sit down and look over some numbers and decided to buy and Michael was great in helping get to where we wanted on pricing. Even though it was close to closing time, everyone was very nice and didnt make us feel bad for keeping them late. And James McElroy was fantastic at getting thru all the paperwork quickly so we could take home our new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk! He was very knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at and pointed out many things I wasn't aware of. I wound up buying a car the second day and Jimmy gave me a good price after conferring with others. He also drove me around to demonstrate the car and have me drive it. I would recomment Jimmy for anyone interested in buying a new car. James did all the official paperwork and noted where I was to sign on each sheet and pointed out what each paper was for. Jay Rappaport is in service and I have dealt with him for years with my other vehicles. He's always steered me right and always been helpful. I even met Michael Todd Tuesday. It was nice to have gentlemen there who are truly nice and knowledgeable and who enjoy their work. More
