We decided to trade for a new 2018 Wrangler and everything went great, from them having what we were looking for, the test drive, getting the payments where we wanted, to the purchasing. We did have to wait for a little bit for the loan officer because we had 3 people in front of us but everyone was very apologetic and accommodating, with offering drinks and snacks to letting us go get dinner and as soon as we got back he was ready for us and got us taken care of. I highly recommend buying here! More

just bought my second Ram 1500 from these guys.. I got into a wreck with my old 1500 Ram Tradesman.. When my wife went to the dealership to have our trade-in appraised and take a test drive, Micheal was kind, respectful, and helped my wife feel at ease while there without me. Once we were able to come to an agreement on the purchase, Tim was very knowledgeable and patient as he took the time to explain all of the paperwork and process to us so we could understand. The rest of the staff was also responsive when I needed a document while at the bank and they also sent a staff member to my house 45 minutes away when a signature was required rather than expecting me to make the trip. On a side note, I have to say that this dealership had a comfortable lounge area with snacks and beverages, a play area for kids and very nice, clean restrooms. I recommend Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - and especially Michael Todd - to anyone who wants a smooth, no-fuss car-buying experience. More
