I have yet to receive confirmation or a timeline for when this critical safety issue will be resolved. Frankly, the only reason I continue to bring my vehicle to your location is because of your sales representative, Silvio, whose professionalism and customer care are exceptional. His support is the one redeeming part of an otherwise frustrating experience. More
