A $7.00 charge difference. More

First visit great. Second visit not so good. I went to get my first service after buying my Escape on Saturday 10/26/19. I wanted to wait for my car but next time I think I will just leave it. I I went to get my first service after buying my Escape on Saturday 10/26/19. I wanted to wait for my car but next time I think I will just leave it. I thought that the wait was a little too long. I waited about 2 hours for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I'm not sure if that's how long I should have waited but when I said I would wait I should have been given an estimate of the wait time and I would have been able to make a more informed decision. Overall the staff was cordial and nice and the service was very good. I did not get a print out of my service because the printer was not working. I was told I would get it in the mail but I am still waiting. I do want to elaborate on a second visit that I made to the service department a week later on Saturday 11/2/19. I went because a light for my tires was on in the car and since I was not sure what to do and I was on my way to the airport I decided to stop in and ask about the light and make sure I should still take the drive into Philadelphia with this light on. I walked in and I stood at the service desk for 20 minutes before Mike a man who looked like he was in the service area by himself and very busy asked me if I was being helped. I said no and that I had a light on in my car and he said he would be with me in a few. I waited another 20 minutes before he was able to come over to ask me about my light in the car. He said he was going to hook the car up to a machine to see what was wrong but then decided to look at the light i was referring to first. He said that it was a 5 minute fix because I just needed air in my tires. He then said he would be with me in another couple of minutes and when he was able he put air in my tires and he apologized for the wait and I was on my way. I waited for close to an hour for something that took 5 minutes. I was not upset so much about the wait because I know i did not have an appointment but the fact that I wasn't even acknowledged when I got there and that Mike was so busy because he was left by himself at the Service area on a Saturday was not an ideal situation. He did the best he could and I don't blame him but maybe you could not leave someone alone at the service desk on a busy Saturday. My poor review has nothing to do with Mike. He was great. More
