New service and showroom building has improved the service Complete 30,000 mile service took about 1 hour 10min. from check in until I drove off after paying etc. A vast improvement over the old location wher Complete 30,000 mile service took about 1 hour 10min. from check in until I drove off after paying etc. A vast improvement over the old location where a simple oil change took at times almost 2 hours. Service was done in a timely manner, service area of course new and clean, service reps. were friendly. Very satisfied. More

Car Broke Down- Mike came to the rescue! My car broke down and it was towed to Chapman. When I called in the morning Mike told me no problem and tell them to bring it over now and come see m My car broke down and it was towed to Chapman. When I called in the morning Mike told me no problem and tell them to bring it over now and come see me. Mike immediately stepped in and made me a priority. He kept me informed throughout the day with my specific issues and pricing - so no surprises! He even asked if I needed a ride somewhere. I have never been asked that before but in my opinion, that is going above and beyond and I really appreciated him asking. End result, he got the parts in SAME day and I picked it up that evening. Thank you Mike for making me a raving fan! More
