Cashier Window I'm 6'4" tall. I would have gotten on my knees to talk to the cashier and pay if my wife wasn't with me. While she was dealing with the cashier litera I'm 6'4" tall. I would have gotten on my knees to talk to the cashier and pay if my wife wasn't with me. While she was dealing with the cashier literally half bent over she had problems hearing the cashier because of the tv in the waiting room. Please remove the glass! The cashier says she gets this complaint every day. Other than that, NO problems with the service! More

Express Service was great! I needed to squeeze an oil change and tire rotation in between high mile business trips. I took my F250 Super Duty to Chapman Ford Lancaster's new ser I needed to squeeze an oil change and tire rotation in between high mile business trips. I took my F250 Super Duty to Chapman Ford Lancaster's new service center Express Service and Michael Tufano was welcoming, he kept me updated on my service and got me back on the road in a timely manner. Great job by the entire Chapman Ford Lancaster Service Team! More

Pleasant, Quick and Comfortable while I wait. I called and asked to change my appointment to an earlier one and they changed it with no problem. They took my car and the waiting room was very comfortable with hot tea and surprised it was only an hour wait. Very pleased with my Chapman Ford Service Advisor Chris Evangelista he informed of everything taking place and it was a pleasant experience. Thank You, Debra Zook Originally Mike Tufano sold us our car a year ago and when I saw him he is always so nice to talk to also. It's nice they remember you and talk with you. More
