I was born and raised in the Windy City (Chicago). Moved to SoCal in 1986 and now a new resident of Arizona. My wife of 26 years and I enjoy playing golf. We have a son, 24 years old, who resides and works in Portland, Oregon. We have two Shitzu’s, Sami and Momo. I’ve been on the aftersales part of the auto industry for going on 37 years. I started with the awesome Volvo brand in 1992, the inception of the 850 model. Been witness to a lot of transition, Volvo is the worlds safest vehicle and continues to be the leader of safety technology.

The dealership was professional and courteous. John, at the service desk, was very polite. Jacob did an excellent job. My car was ready to be picked up within a couple of hours.
