I was born and raised in the Windy City (Chicago). Moved to SoCal in 1986 and now a new resident of Arizona. My wife of 26 years and I enjoy playing golf. We have a son, 24 years old, who resides and works in Portland, Oregon. We have two Shitzu’s, Sami and Momo. I’ve been on the aftersales part of the auto industry for going on 37 years. I started with the awesome Volvo brand in 1992, the inception of the 850 model. Been witness to a lot of transition, Volvo is the worlds safest vehicle and continues to be the leader of safety technology.

I have had my Volvo for 3 weeks, so i was a bit nervous scheduling its first service. Michael was fantastic. He was professional, personable, and easy to work with. I had ordered the valet service, and Jos scheduling its first service. Michael was fantastic. He was professional, personable, and easy to work with. I had ordered the valet service, and Joshua was my driver. He was professional and genuinely friendly. The tech, Akbar (if i remember correctly), did an absolutely bang-up job on my car. I was experiencing an intermittent problem with the air-conditioner, the team at Gilbert Volvo did an exceptional job at isolating the root issue, repairing the air-conditioning system, There was a pr air-conditioner, the team at Gilbert Volvo did an exceptional job at isolating the root issue, repairing the air-conditioning system, There was a problem with an additional component in the air-conditioning system which was not included in the original quote, the service manager, Annabelle explained the situation to me in detail and came up with a financial resolution that I was very pleased with...
