Great dealership experience, only concern is the cost of repairs and several small annoying things like latch handles that impact functionality. Otherwise highly recommend repairs and several small annoying things like latch handles that impact functionality. Otherwise highly recommend More

The entire team came together to make the experience feel great. They each shared their own areas of knowledge and supported each other in very complementary ways. great. They each shared their own areas of knowledge and supported each other in very complementary ways. More

It is very frustrating to make an appointment for 7am when your car is not even looked at until noon. The reason I scheduled the appt. for that time was to ensure my daughter would have time to drive bac when your car is not even looked at until noon. The reason I scheduled the appt. for that time was to ensure my daughter would have time to drive back to Flagstaff for a final exam. Then to find out that the only reason for the check engine light is a faulty sensor. For this it cost over $1000. I know you guys are here to make money, but this is ridiculous. The first person I spoke with while dropping the car was Rick. He rudely told me that “we would be open in 15 minutes.” I proceeded to explain that I had an appointment at 7 and asked if I could just leave the key. We said, “Yes, I guess we can just give you a call”. As I was about to walk out, he asked my name and then proceeded to look up the appt. He then turned me over to Michael for check-in. Michael was reasonable enough to work with except I was unable to get ahold of him to find out an estimated completion time if I were to proceed with the suggested maintenance. My overall experience was not good. Basic reasons – Service representatives are not very friendly, Making the appointment and showing up on time for the appointment appears to be a waste of time, and lastly, the cost was not reasonable at all for the work completed. Volvo leaves customers with no choice but to pay these outrageous fees because of the proprietary scanning software, and without a fix, you can’t pass emissions. Thanks Volvo. More
