I was born and raised in the Windy City (Chicago). Moved to SoCal in 1986 and now a new resident of Arizona. My wife of 26 years and I enjoy playing golf. We have a son, 24 years old, who resides and works in Portland, Oregon. We have two Shitzu’s, Sami and Momo. I’ve been on the aftersales part of the auto industry for going on 37 years. I started with the awesome Volvo brand in 1992, the inception of the 850 model. Been witness to a lot of transition, Volvo is the worlds safest vehicle and continues to be the leader of safety technology.

The Customer service was great and very helpful. I was however disappointed in the technician service’s. I had taken in my car in for routine maintenance two weeks ago and also this past Monday 5/ I was however disappointed in the technician service’s. I had taken in my car in for routine maintenance two weeks ago and also this past Monday 5/22 for a part replacement. My disappointment is that I had the drive to Autozone to purchase coolent and refill it. Two days after my services I was getting a warning message that my coolent was too low and needed to be filled and that my car engine needed to be shut off. So…I was under the impression that was something checked upon services. Also, having my car washed after my services was not very good at all. It needed to be washed again after picking up my car. Came in for 40,000 mile service. Tech did not correctly bolt under splash back in place. Got 5 miles down the road and under splash is dragging on road. Brought back and tech secured Tech did not correctly bolt under splash back in place. Got 5 miles down the road and under splash is dragging on road. Brought back and tech secured it with the 3 bolts he did not install before I left. When new under splash arrived, 2 weeks later, install took about 3 hours. After Volvo car wash, I noticed all of my things that were on my floor board was thrown onto my seats. Including my gun. Extremely unprofessional, will go to Scottsdale from now on More
