Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the sales "process" was way too time consuming. I had already selected the vehicle and almost finalized the deal by email before arriving. It took what seeme "process" was way too time consuming. I had already selected the vehicle and almost finalized the deal by email before arriving. It took what seemed like an extraordinary amount of time to get from completing the agreement to getting to the finance dept. to complete the paperwork. At least 2 hours of down time waiting and this was a cash deal so there was no waiting for credit checks, financing, etc. Otherwise, no complaints. Everyone was very polite, professional & easy to work with. The "process" just needs to be seriously reviewed & streamlined. Would definitely recommend to friends & family. More
