Missed original appointment. Heiser understood and got me in a few days later. Then arrived early, and was greeted and checked in with out hassle. The waiting area with tables and power outlets allowed me to work using their the WI-FI while I waited. The work was fine promptly and when I checked out, received a coupon for a free car wash. All in all a good experience. (Ali's spoke to a sales Rep and he remembered selling me my car. Nice touch there too) More
