Amazing Experience. Great dealership and sales team I went in to Crown Dealership a few months before my lease was over. When I put an inquiry in online I immediately got a call from Michael Wolfe. I told him what I was looking for, what I was looking to pay, and he helped me tremendously. I went in a few weeks later to test drive the new Accords and Michael was more than accommodating. Him, and this dealership, changed my perspective of car dealerships. I didn’t feel pushed or rushed to make a decision, nor did I get the vibe that they were just trying to make a sale. Michael understood when I said I needed to think about it, and did not bombard me with emails or calls afterward. He kept in touch, and when he sent his follow up email I had decided that was the car for me, and this was the dealership I wanted to go through. I went in and they had the car ready and sitting out front for me to get. Less than two hours doing the necessary paperwork and I was out of the door with my brand new Honda Accord! DEFINITELY recommend Crown Honda, and Michael Wolfe specifically. More

It took a lot off my mind knowing I was walking into the dealership already knowing the vehicle I was getting and what I was going to pay. Jason took over at the actual dealership. The entire process from internet to the face to face meeting was seamless even though it was with a different person. Jason was so helpful and knowledgeable. He took an entire hour after closing to explain the infotainment system to me. I was very impressed with my experience with both gentlemen. Buying a car usually causes me a lot of stress but they both put me at ease and made the experience quick, painless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend! More

Excellent service and knowledge. Talking with Brooks while shopping for a new CR-V sold me on Crown Honda. While I was there purchasing the new car Brooks scheduled my Ridgeline for s Talking with Brooks while shopping for a new CR-V sold me on Crown Honda. While I was there purchasing the new car Brooks scheduled my Ridgeline for service the following Monday for airbag replacement. I've tried several times at other dealers to schedule this repair, but the wait times were ridiculous based on part availability. Brooks had the part in stock and was able ensure the repair was completed efficiently on Monday. I won't take my Hondas anywhere else. Sure to recommend Crown to others I know. More

He explained he wasn't be in on the day I would come to crown Honda but explained that his manager would be able to help me. Mr. Wolf was very helpful and did all he could to get me the car i wanted with the down payment that i told him I had available. The atmosphere was very welcoming and I love my new car. Mr. England did a few follow ups to make to how things were going. Mr. Wolf and the team are capable of making new things happen. More
