I am always pressed for time because of my Schedule, Michael called me in minutes after my web site visit, And it was on a Sunday! I'm sure I intruded on some family time , so thanks Mike for going the extra mile. Michael explained all of my options over the phone and Monday I set up to see him about the actual cars available (Civics). Well! on Monday there where so many vehicles to choose from, I felt I paraded Michael around the lot. He patiently took the time to explain key points about each vehicle, ( very helpful and important on cost ).Then inside he answered about 100 of my pressing questions and had an answer for each question. This shows experience ! Very Good! Michael covered all the bases very well, from credit to insurance to detailing and excellent technical tips about my car which I didn't know! The icing on the cake was, I was keeping my old car, Michael was kind enough to drive my new car home for me! This is Superior!
