Crown Honda - Internet Sales Team Were GREAT! My experience with the online team at Crown Honda was beyond belief. Ryan Huges and Mike Wolf provided answers to questions, real honest out-the-door My experience with the online team at Crown Honda was beyond belief. Ryan Huges and Mike Wolf provided answers to questions, real honest out-the-door numbers and friendly, no pressure service. I shopped around the Tampa Bay area for two weeks after I got numbers from Crown and did not find one dealer who came close. My price, OUT THE DOOR, for a new 2018 CRV was so good that I changed my plan from buying a pre-owned CRV. I brought with me a very good loan rate from BOA and was delighted to learn that Honda had just come up with a incentive rate for the CRV. After I was buying the car, the Crown team made me a ware of the new incentive rate and invited me to take advantage of it. They didn't have to. We met Mike when we made our first trip to the lot to get a hands-on view of the CRV and take a test drive. Mike was up to speed on all that I had communicated with Ryan and he really helped get us off the fence between a Toyota RAV 4 and a CRV. When we were ready to purchase and needed to decide which color we wanted we returned to Crown and I finally met Ryan, face-to-face. Though I'm sure Ryan is a stellar sales person, I never felt that he was doing anything other than trying to help us get the car we wanted and needed at the best price he could. I'm neither young nor naive, but our buying experience at Crown really surprised me. Communication was clear and honest from the start and I never felt that we were playing a game. Ryan Hughes is the kind of person that I would hire in a NY minute to do nearly anything. He is smart, amiable, knowledgeable, patient and nice to be around. He and Mike made our experience one that I am pleased to review and share. P.S. I am not someone who writes reviews on Yelp or anywhere else, but this car-buying experience was so different from all others I've had that I am delighted and feel compelled to write this. I will tell others of my very positive experience at Crown Honda. More
