The only issue I had is that I requested a vehicle while my car was having the rain guards put on. Brought my 2011 Escape in for a recall with fuel system on Aug 12. Now the vehicle has difficulty starting. Issue started the same day. I use to just turn the key and it would immediately turn on. I'm really disappointed with the service I received. They had my truck all day. I took it in for a oil change, tire rotation, and still having problems with it clunking when it shifts sometimes. They said th had my truck all day. I took it in for a oil change, tire rotation, and still having problems with it clunking when it shifts sometimes. They said they test drove it a few times and didn't notice anything. When I got it back, they had only put 11 miles on it. When Mike brought my vehicle to me , I said " I don't know how they could have tested it with only putting 8 miles on it". He said I guess that's all the time the mechanic needed to test it!!!! Still has the hard shifting. The last time they took it out was because I had them reset the personal memory . So I could have it relearn me. So that made a total of 11 miles. The last time it was there they updated the computer and it just changed the way it shifted and now still shifts hard. More
