You have a good customer service. All my inquiries had been answered. Shout out to Nick who help us with my tire and windshield problem. Puncture tire replaced. Thanks a lot. Michael Yim, Andrew Miller & Garrett Evans are a Dream Team I really can't say enough about the service I received at Heritage Honda of Bel Air. I was a former Honda owner and regretted letting go of a Civic a I really can't say enough about the service I received at Heritage Honda of Bel Air. I was a former Honda owner and regretted letting go of a Civic a few years ago. So I knew I wanted to go with Honda this time. I had read the reviews and knew two of Hondas were in the top 10 safest cars on the road in 2020. I also like the interior, the way Hondas drive and the mileage they're able to reach. As a mom, I didn't have a lot of time the first time I came in to meet with Michael Yim. He did an amazing job showing me potential cars that may fit my needs, answered every single question I had in a way I felt was genuine and never pressured me. I test drove three cars, looked at the interior of five cars and had questions answered about the long term value of the top two I was looking at. The team at Heritage Honda genuinely wanted me to be happy with the vehicle and experience I was going home with and that was clear from the moment of engagement all the way through to the end of the process. Michael Yim was knowledgeable, patient, professional and gave me absolutely no pressure. Manager Andrew Miller was up front, respectful and genuine. Garrett Evans was efficient and accommodating with my 5 year old who was nearing her bedtime. The entire team was engaging, polite and accommodating. It's hard to find a team like this and I would spend money here again and again as long as the same service model is continued. More

Leased and HRV Easiest Lease Experience I've ever had. I chose the car online and it was ready when I got there. A little pushy, but no more than I would expect They were the first dealership I contacted when I was looking to purchase a car. They were a little too insistent for my taste. not what I expected Michael seemed nice enough but really not well informed about the options he could use to deliver a great customer experience. He knew about the car, Michael seemed nice enough but really not well informed about the options he could use to deliver a great customer experience. He knew about the car, but he mixed up our paperwork and it took HOURS on the phone with our insurance company to fix an error that should have been double checked before we left the lot. It was a major hassle. It seemed to me like once Michael got the sale he was done with trying to accommodate the needs of his customer. I wish him the best of luck. We are Honda fans but we will not purchase a car from him again in the future. More

Solid Experience! I purchased a pre-owned Honda from Heritage Bel Air Honda and it was a rather straightforward experience. Mike Yim was excellent in showing me th I purchased a pre-owned Honda from Heritage Bel Air Honda and it was a rather straightforward experience. Mike Yim was excellent in showing me the vehicle, accompanying me on a test drive, and going over its history and maintenance records. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. The sales management team was average. I won't go into the specifics, but there was an "advertising error" with the online listing of the vehicle I ended up purchasing and that group of individuals didn't seem to care or want to accommodate for the error. It wasn't clear to me whether or not this management team actually wanted my business. I did wind up deciding to purchase the vehicle, but not because of this group. On the back-end, Mike Dowdy who handled the closing was excellent as well! Seemed like a real "straight shooter" and was extremely efficient. It was one of the quickest car deal closings I've ever experienced! So all good from the front-end and back-end guys. I would recommend Heritage Bel Air Honda, but with some caveats. More
