I have always been skeptical of dealerships and pushy salesmen. I was concerned about buying a car in the pandemic. When I arrived at dealership, Ciara was such a genuine, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable person. She was never pushy or aggressive. Ciara dispelled the bad reputation that salesmen have for me personally. I dislike pushy salesmen because they discourage me to buy a car from them. Overall the experience with Heritage was a very positive one for me. From Ciara to the management and finance office, I was offered excellent customer service. I would definitely buy another car from Heritage! More
