My Husband & I brought my 2018 CR-V in for an oil change. While we we where waiting we decided to look at the New Passport, Ciara overheard my Husband talking about it and offered her assistance right away! She was very friendly, pleasant and awesome to work with! We test drove a lower end Passport & my Husband really liked it so we asked about trading in the CR-V. Ciara said we can definitely work something out, let’s see what we can do. My Husband asked Ciara to see the Passport Elite since it had all the bells & whistles . She brought it up for us to look at & I knew that was My new suv! Since we were repeat customers, everyone went out of their way to work with us. From Ciara to Noah & Michael, everyone made sure that we got the vehicle we wanted! Ciara you rock girl! Not only did you sell me my Passport but you gained a friend in the process! We highly recommend Heritage Honda to anyone looking for a new vehicle! We are customers for life. Stan is an excellent sales person!!! This was my first time buying a car and he was very helpful!!! He answered all my questions and really helped me to find the best vehicle for me. He took the time to help explain all the features of the car, so I didn't have to try to figure out anything by myself. He did a wonderful job! Mike was also very nice to work with, again it was my first time buying a car and he explained all the financial paperwork so that it wasn't as terrifying as I thought it was going to be. I was a former Honda owner and regretted letting go of a Civic a few years ago. So I knew I wanted to go with Honda this time. I had read the reviews and knew two of Hondas were in the top 10 safest cars on the road in 2020. I also like the interior, the way Hondas drive and the mileage they're able to reach. As a mom, I didn't have a lot of time the first time I came in to meet with Michael Yim. He did an amazing job showing me potential cars that may fit my needs, answered every single question I had in a way I felt was genuine and never pressured me. I test drove three cars, looked at the interior of five cars and had questions answered about the long term value of the top two I was looking at. The team at Heritage Honda genuinely wanted me to be happy with the vehicle and experience I was going home with and that was clear from the moment of engagement all the way through to the end of the process. Michael Yim was knowledgeable, patient, professional and gave me absolutely no pressure. Manager Andrew Miller was up front, respectful and genuine. Garrett Evans was efficient and accommodating with my 5 year old who was nearing her bedtime. The entire team was engaging, polite and accommodating. It's hard to find a team like this and I would spend money here again and again as long as the same service model is continued. More
