After many phone calls They admitted their mistake and agreed to fix. I arrived for my appointment to sign paperwork and waited over an hour at which time I was told I would have to wait I definitley. I expressed my frustration and was assured a call. No call, no fix. Hard to tell if it is disorganization or lack of care. Either way I was not provided what was promised. You have many options to buy a VW in chicago. Don’t chose this one. More

That wasn't easy in my case - I was upside down on the loan for my trade in, purchasing a 2009 model that was hard to finance and showed up on a busy holiday weekend. It took several visits to figure out the financing and, in the meantime, we realized the car had a broken driver side mirror and needed some TLC detailing. The service team was easy to work with and my sales team covered the services so now I am a very happy owner. I expect to continue working with downtown VW for service going forward. More
