I would also add that after purchasing as soon as I realized the odor wasn’t coming from outside the car (as they had told me) but from inside the car, I returned the car within two days of purchase and asked for a refund. They denied me and said they’d try to fumigate first. I waited there all day (during my work hours) while they did this. I didn’t think I could smell anything but then once I got in the car the next day, the odor was there as strong as ever. So I returned the car again a day later and again asked for a refund. They again denied me. This time the sales manager got inside the car and confirmed the odor and said one of his family members would have a hard time with the odor from this car due to allergies. They kept it again for what they claimed was a more aggressive fumigation. A few days later they said car was ready with no odor. After taking home, odor is still there. I’ve spent two weeks trying to deal with this when all they need to do is refund me. And they refuse. Placing profits over the health and well being of me and my family. Saddling me with a car that is a health hazard.
