He’s very carrying and polite and was focused on making our experience to Volkswangen’s standards. We’ve been a VW family for over 30 years and enjoy the vehicles they offer. On the flip side of that, our sales experience was the worst that we’ve received in some time. The sale of a car that has pervious damage was sold to us with out disclosure of the repairs. Unfortunately, the repairs were not done to new car standards and required additional work. We didn’t come to this dealer to be taken and at this point, we’ll never purchase a vehicle from them again. It’s too bad as this dealer is close to our home and is very convenient. Unless something is done, our minds will not be changed and we’ll be sure to steer any of our friends or acquaintances away. More

Jason has the emotional stability of a hormonal teenager, which once resulted in about 15 back-to-back phone calls, without as much as a message as to who was calling. When I finally picked up his temper exploded. He's really not fit to be in a customer facing roll. Mike, on the other hand is simply a self serving, spineless, liar. He'll muster up just enough credibility to get you to agree to to a deal, only to obfuscate the actual terms, or flat out lie. It's likely they submitted a falsified loan application on my behalf. Just run from this dealership- there are plenty of other places to buy a VW that won't end with attempted intimidation, threats, and costly unfulfilled promises. More
