I purchased a vehicle that had been worked on by the dealership. Within a week I had a major oil leak, multiple seals needed to be re done, and lines needed to be replaced. Being that I was not from the area I had to take the vehicle to another ford service center and it took three weeks for me to get my vehicle back because they argued back and forth who was responsible for the cost of the fix (Ford or Dealership). I came in with my sons. We were welcomed warmly. We asked for Michelle who had previously assisted my son with a purchase of a used car. They directed us to her. We were welcomed warmly. We initially came in to test drive a Bronco Big Bend....to decide if we wanted to pursue this further with our regular agent through another dealership. Michele was very engaging and helpful while also asking all the right questions to see if she could help gain our business. We took the test drive and needed a few days to think and when we had left the price was a little out of budget. She was determined but with great manners and reached out to allow us open communication to get us where we needed to be to feel comfortable and she did it!!! Found a great opportunity for us and was a great sales person who was very warm and thoughtful, ultimately we could've went back to our other agent at another dealership but we just really enjoyed Michele. Walked into Serra as a stranger but walk out feeling like we made a long term friend 🧡 More
