Michele was great and amazing. I came in from out of town and she fixed my engine light issue quickly so I could go back home on time. She is the best. My few experiences with the NYE Ford service department and their technician team has been amazing every time. The service ladies always greet me with a friendly “Hello” when I show up, and they’ve been f and their technician team has been amazing every time.
