I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience working with Michele at your Chevrolet dealership. My father-in-law had previously purchased an SUV with Michele, and he spoke so highly o experience working with Michele at your Chevrolet dealership. My father-in-law had previously purchased an SUV with Michele, and he spoke so highly of her customer service that I decided to come in myself to look at SUVs and discuss pricing options. From the moment I arrived, Michele welcomed me with open arms and made me feel completely comfortable. She was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to show me an SUV and carefully explained all of the features and “bells and whistles” the vehicle had to offer. What stood out to me the most was how understanding and reassuring she was regarding my family’s needs. As a mother of two children, including one with special needs, safety is extremely important to me. Michele made sure to explain the safety features thoroughly and assured me that the vehicle would be a safe and reliable choice for my children. She never rushed me and answered every question with patience and professionalism. Michele is truly a great saleswoman, and experiences like this are what bring customers back. Everything about my experience was excellent — the staff were wonderful, the service was great, and the entire process went smoothly. This easily would have been a 5‑star review. However, I had specifica were wonderful, the service was great, and the entire process went smoothly. This easily would have been a 5‑star review. However, I had specifically asked about a drill‑less option for the front license plate, and I even brought my own tow‑hook‑mounted bracket since I’m moving to Pennsylvania soon and won’t need a front plate. Unfortunately, the dealership installed the standard front plate holder anyway. Now, when I remove it, I’ll be left with four large, noticeable holes in the front of my beautiful new Chevrolet Bolt. Really disappointing, especially after an otherwise perfect experience. — Bill More
