He went beyond the walls of your dealership and drove to my house in Golden Valley to discover why my Jetta would not start. Found a cracked housing for the circuit breakers was shorting out and he got shocked as he was kneeling on the cement garage floor. Another time I was caught in a blizzard heading north on Hwy 100 when the windshield wipers failed to work. Pulled into the dealer and the garage door opened and the owner was the only person there. He found a wrench and fixed the wipers. No charge! I am hooked on West Side VW. More
