Awesome used car purchase experience I recently purchased a used car from Westside Volkswagen. I originally worked with Michelle Pogue who spent a few afternoons with me while I test dro I recently purchased a used car from Westside Volkswagen. I originally worked with Michelle Pogue who spent a few afternoons with me while I test drove a new car. She was very knowledgeable and very supportive. She was not pushy and when I wasn't sure that the car was for me, she suggested other models that I might be interested in - both new and used. She routinely checked in with me with updates on monthly specials to keep me in the loop. I never felt overwhelmed or pushed - it always felt like she was genuinely trying to help me find a car, not just make a sale. I later worked with Bobby Scala in Used car sales. Bobby Scala spent a lot of time making sure I was completely satisfied with the car I chose. He was able to work with me on every request that I had - from allowing me to take the car for the day to my own trusted mechanic, ensuring all maintenance was up to date (provided service records - even had some routine maintenance that would have had to be completed in the next 5 thousand miles done early so I wouldn't have to pay for it), providing a car fax, and having the car touched up to the point where the only way you could tell this was not a brand new car was by looking at the odometer. The car is perfect - looks absolutely flawless. Bobby kept me informed as the car was out for clean-up and was very patient and accommodating with me when I would request little details to be reworked. I made other service requests to personalize the car to exactly what I wanted and he arranged for all of them to happen quickly and expertly done. I dreaded the process of buying a car - especially for a used car where I would never truly know what the car has been through in its lifetime. I left very confident and satisfied in my purchase thanks to Bobby and Michelle at Westside. I would recommend Westside and Bobby and Michelle to anyone! More
