Great place if you’re intimidated by car dealerships. I have not owned a car in 20 years and was completely overwhelmed and intimidated by the thought of walking into a car dealership. When I walked into I have not owned a car in 20 years and was completely overwhelmed and intimidated by the thought of walking into a car dealership. When I walked into Luther Westside, there wasn’t somebody at the door pouncing on me which I liked as it gave me time to look around the showroom for a while. When I was ready I asked to speak with a salesperson. I was fortunate to be able to work with Michele Pogue who worked to understand and listen to my specific needs in a car and took the time to trouble shoot various technical components of Apple Car Play. She got me the car I wanted and I love it! More

Curteous, attentive, no pressure sales My wife and I stopped in over a month ago to look at the Tiguans as a potential vehicle for our duaghter who was finishing her freshman year at Colleg My wife and I stopped in over a month ago to look at the Tiguans as a potential vehicle for our duaghter who was finishing her freshman year at College in California. Michele listened to our story and was helpful in answering our questions and giving us a chance to test drive a Tiguan. Even though our purchase date was going to be over a month away, Michele spent as much time as we needed to get all our information. Over the next several weeks she did not pester me with emails. She simply inquired as to the time frame we anticipated for our daughter to come home and give her a call when we wanted to come back in. We came back with our daughter and we were able to pull the trigger on a Tiguan. It was Michele’s patience and attentiveness even though we weren’t going to buy on our first visit that brought us back. Thank you Michele! More
