I flew in from out of state last Sunday to find that our car here was running really rough, and the check engine light was flashing. I called Monday morning and was able to drop my car off to be worked into their schedule. I was able to get a rental car immediately on site. The job was completed on Tuesday. But best of all was Michelle (Wynn, I think) because of her excellent customer service. She understood how frazzled I was, having arrived for just a week’s vacation and needing a quick solution. She was calm and helpful. This was the best experience I have had at any car dealer, ever. Thank you, Michelle! More

The Technician did not reset the computer messages and I am getting messages to have maintenance done which was completed. I now have to return to the dealer to have the message deleted.
