Greatest deal I've ever seen on a car. Excellent Staff! First off, I cannot believe the deal me and my wife got on our new Jetta! It was cheaper to buy our new Jetta here, than to buy a used Jetta at another dealership. That goes to show Lakeland isn't out to steal your money. Second, Michelle was extremely friendly and helpful! She actually cared about us, and wasn't just trying to "make a sale". Great genuine conversation, how it should be. Then the actual purchase of the car with Jared Miller the finance manager was exceptional as well. He made sure we understood what all the documentation was and what it meant to us. Overall, the professionalism and courtesy of Michelle and Jared had exceeded our standards. I would highly recommend anyone in the search for a new car to check out Lakeland VW. More
