have lived in the Northern Virginia area for the past 40 years and now reside in Manassas, VA. I enjoy spending my spare time gardening, outings with my grandchildren and taking long walks with my dog. I'm very competitive with regards to bowling. I helped my father with minor repairs at the age of 10 on our family vehicles. I enjoy the challenge of the automotive business and would like to remain with Brown's for many years to come.

Jonathan Woods and Michelle Bolden deserve 5 stars. Both are very friendly, helpful, professional and very nice. The long wait for my new battery installed lowered my stars to four which they have no Both are very friendly, helpful, professional and very nice. The long wait for my new battery installed lowered my stars to four which they have no control over the mechanics. When I had the alternator replaced they had to get it from Maryland so Jonathan had Lyft take me home which I really appreciated. Nice job on the waiting area. TV, coffee, water and snacks is nice when waiting. More

Scheduler did not follow up with service to reserve the part and enter us on the schedule. Service writer wanted us to leave the car for inspection and part ordering and come back again on another day. Ano part and enter us on the schedule. Another service writer/manager found an unclaimed lock cylinder kit that fit our vehicle while we were discussing the scheduling snafu with our service writer. Third service writer was answering calls on speaker phone for all to hear in the area. Made it hard to talk with our assigned service writer to resolve the issue. We also requested that they call us on my mobile phone # when work completed. They called the house #, delaying our pickup by several hours because we were not at home. When we called they could not find the paperwork to confirm vehicle was ready for pick up. Delayed by a few minutes while they looked for it. Work was completed on the scheduled day. Car was washed. It was the most unprofessional dealership experience I’ve ever had. I towed in my 2016 Soul, at 98k with CEL on, difficulties with acceleration, and vibrations. I take good care of this car, but we all know ever had. I towed in my 2016 Soul, at 98k with CEL on, difficulties with acceleration, and vibrations. I take good care of this car, but we all know that Kia has engine issues. In fact, this dealership already worked on my car last summer, and it was a positive experience. This time around, they kept my car for almost three weeks, with little to no information. My partner and I kept calling, and after long, long time on hold, no one returned our calls. The dealership was feeding us lies such as the car being in assembly (wasn’t even diagnosed yet), they emailed/faxed some paperwork (they didn’t and they don’t have a fax machine at the dealership), an employee named Mary provided incorrect information (there is no Mary there in any department to confirm or deny). We asked, begged, and threatened, and after all, they said that the engine was fine but spark plugs and ignition coil had to be replaced. They wanted to charge us stupid price of $700+ for something as simple. Somehow, we negotiated to $460 and were able to pick up the car late afternoon Dec 29th. To my great surprise, the car exhibited the same issues less than 48h after I picked it up. I barely made it up my driveway that night! My partner and I tried to contact the service advisor and the service department manager without any success until we finally got a hold of a GM of the dealership. They didn’t admit their fault but agreed to refund us the cost of the parts but not the one of the labor. After all, I had to tow my car yet again, to another Kia dealership where it was fix within 3 hours for absolutely free. Funny enough, the problem was the exact one I asked Kia Manassas to check, and they assured me that they did. Stay away from this messy, unprofessional establishment that only cares about the money they can get from an oblivious customer. More
