The level of service is exactly what you should expect and completely on par with the BMW brand. The sales staff is incredibly knowledgable and professional, no slimy used car tactics here. My experience with Michelle was extremely positive and I found her intuition to be invaluable. She took the time to learn what I appreciated about the brand and built off of that. She didn't see me the car she wanted me to buy, she sold me the car I wanted to buy. These are behaviors not often found in the luxury segment and ones that should be noted and praised. When it came to sign paperwork Shujaat was key. Not only was he able to find a financing plan that worked for me, but he and Rora in finance worked late to make it all happen. I found the process to be very streamlined and straightforward and the entire thing was explained to me in simple terms. I really did not expect my devotion to a brand to grow in such a way, but through such a high level of service and dedication it has. I love my car now even more than the day I bought it and when its time for another, Michelle will be my contact and Dave Walter will be my dealership. I teach Marketing, and have found that every element of the BMW, and particularly the Dave Walters BMW, experience is an example of excellence in concept, design, execution and follow-up.
