From t This is the third lease I have had with Dave Walter BMW. I return there because of their professionalism, and amazing customer service ethic. From the moment you enter the dealership until the moment you leave people in every department offer to help you. The receptionists, the service staff, the sales staff and the general management - everyone there knows their job extremely well, does their job extremely well, and makes you feel as though they are solely there to make sure you as a customer have a wonderful experience. I teach Marketing, and have found that every element of the BMW, and particularly the Dave Walters BMW, experience is an example of excellence in concept, design, execution and follow-up. You may need to experience this for yourself, since my praise is so high and I am sure many will be skeptical, but I have no fear that after your first experience there you will have to agree that these are facts, and the dealership routinely earns its standing as the number one BMW dealership in the US.
