We ordered a 2023 Rav4 XLE Premium with Michelle Nelson. She was the best salesman I’ve had. Very nice and easy going. She wasn’t trying to push anything on us during our process. She would recommend the things the common customer gets for protection, add ons or warrantees but never once was pushy towards anything we didn’t want. We wanted a Rav4 in Lunar Rock for 2024, but she found out that 2024 was no longer going to have that color. Her manager mentioned to her that this was one of the last ones they were being allocated for and she made sure to put us down for it. We’re so happy with Michelle Nelson on helping us with the whole process and getting us the exact package deal, trim and color Rav4 we wanted all under that same price point. Couldn’t be happier.
